An institution in the German culture, the "Stammtisch" is the German word for an informal gathering of people organized regularly at a fixed table in a pub or restaurant. Four times a semester, we offer German and international students an opportunity for informal interaction and exchange. Participants meet in the evening at an establishment near campus and talk about jobs, studies or daily life. A representative of the Intercultural Counseling Center organizes and runs the event.
The dates of the Stammtisch meetings are posted on our homepage in the beginning of each semester. To register, please call or send us an email.
