Intercultural Program "Come home to Munich"

06.04.2021

Since the winter semester 2010/11 the project „Come to Munich – Be at Home“ is offering the possibility for German and international students to take part in an international project - for free! By learning and experiencing together, the students improve their intercultural skills. Beside the intercultural events, the students take part in two workshops concerning the differences and common grounds of cultures. The objective of the project is to extend the own perspective and to sensitize the students for other cultures. The second part of the project is the participation in three intercultural activities. The activities help to reflect the theory in a practical way by doing sport activities or other great excursions in and around Munich. Each student gets a certificate for their Soft Skills in the end of the seminar.

In addition to that, we give a financial support for one German language course at the "Deutschkurse bei der Universität München". (please check the overview). If you are interested in the German language course, please just send an e-mail to interkulturelles@stwm.de.
